Dear Bill,

Today we finished closing on our new home.  Funding was yesterday, but they needed to record the documents in person at the clerk's office.  Jeanie, Ashley, and I want to thank you so much for helping us with our home purchase.  Initially we were a little intimidated with the size of the Phoenix metro area, and with the multitude of choices available to us.  We appreciate your willingness to set up the internet searches for us, and to guide us through all the nuances of buying a home in today's complicated market.  Your patience with us, especially in going with us in our vehicle and waiting while we got Ashley in and out of her wheelchair is a blessing to our family.  We also appreciate your willingness to schedule times to visit the homes at such odd hours to accommodate our hectic lives.  Your suggestions for mortgage lenders we could check out proved to be great also, and I think it's safe to say that we were able to choose well, thanks to you.  I'm not sure how the whole process could have been any smoother.

We are really excited to be able to move soon, and look forward to having you visit to see how the home looks after the remodel project is done.

Thanks again for a job well done.  We look forward to telling our new friends where to get a great Realtor.
